- Ensure the reporting of high quality data. Forecast your future revenue achievement and document monthly key activities
- Sales stack tools : Salesforce, Modjo, Aircall, Echobot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 360 Learning, etc.

Within the Revenue department, reporting to the Head of Customer Discovery, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 Business Developer Representatives (BDR) that own the prospecting and qualification process of new leads in the Italian region.

Your profile
As a key leader for the company, you will be responsible for the success of the prospection and qualification cycles for our future Italian clients, and you are required to:
- Have relevant experiences in outbound Sales (>3 years),
- Have prior experiences in the SaaS sector
- Proven track record in achieving your quotas
- Italian is your mother tongue, you speak English at a professional level
- Be willing to work from Paris, France (a mix of hybrid work from Office and Home)
- Be an empathetic leader that adapts themself to the needs of each team member while sharing their technical sales expertise and knowledge of the market
- Have impressive verbal and written communication skills: you can put complex issues into simple words
- Be able to keep the big picture in mind and can prioritize your to-dos properly
