Your duties

  • Work cross-functionally to attract and sign new customers to drive Hibob’s growth 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing 
  • Penetrate, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities across the DACH region
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations 
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline 
  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines 
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system 
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences 
  • Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners

Your profile

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 3 + years experience selling in a complex SaaS environment, a product that spans across an entire organisation
  • Experience selling to C-Level in the past
  • Experience selling in the DACH region
  • Ability to structure own territory and build a GTM plan
  • Closed deals of companies 500+ EE's
  • Fluent German speaking skills
  • Good sales acumen & sales methodologies 
  • Experience with values based selling (MEDDPICC)
  • Become a bob platform expert and an HRIS trusted advisor
  • Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regarded
  • Proven track record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed 
  • A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously
